RenderComp Templates · Last updated: 2026-07-02 · Operated by Trimora Inc.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY TEMPLATE. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Definitions

"Template" means any Remotion React component, source code file, asset, or related material made available through RenderComp.

"License" means the non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the Template as set forth in this Agreement.

"Licensee" / "you" means the individual or entity that has purchased a License.

"End Product" means a rendered video file, animation, or multimedia output created using the Template by or on behalf of the Licensee.

"Client" means a third party who has engaged the Licensee to produce an End Product.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and receipt of payment, Trimora Inc. grants you a License to:

  • Access: Download and access the Template source code via the download link provided after purchase.
  • Use: Install and use the Template on an unlimited number of your own devices for the purpose of creating End Products.
  • Modify: Alter, adapt, or create derivative works from the Template to meet your project requirements.
  • Client Deliverables: Create End Products (rendered video files only) for delivery to your Clients. This right does not include delivering the Template source code to your Clients.
  • Commercial Use: Use End Products in commercial contexts, including advertising, marketing, and paid client projects.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Sell, sublicense, lease, transfer, or redistribute the Template source code to any third party.
  • Upload or submit the Template to any template marketplace, stock library, or similar platform.
  • Use the Template to build a competing template library or catalog product.
  • Deploy or incorporate the Template into a SaaS product that allows multiple end users to access the Template source code directly.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices contained within the Template files.
  • Transfer your License to another individual or entity without prior written consent from Trimora Inc.

4. Client Deliverables — Clarification

Permitted: Rendering a Template into a video file and delivering that video to your Client. Modifying the Template's text, colors, fonts, or timing for a specific Client project, then rendering and delivering the resulting video.

Not Permitted: Handing over the Template's .tsx, .ts, .js, or any source code files to your Client. Granting your Client access to a repository or download location containing the Template source code. Using a single License to produce on-demand videos for multiple paying end users via a platform you operate.

5. Number of Licenses

The number of users who may use the Templates is determined by the tier purchased: Solo — 1 seat (one user); Studio — up to 5 seats within a single organization; Agency — unlimited seats within a single organization. Seats may not be shared across separate legal entities. For arrangements beyond these tiers, contact us.

Use-case packs — 1 seat (one user) per pack; the pack license covers only the templates included in that pack. Pack updates are limited to fixes for included templates; new template additions are available on Solo and above.

6. Updates and Lifetime Access

Lifetime access means access to the version(s) available at the time of purchase plus any updates Trimora Inc. chooses to provide. No specific update frequency or content is guaranteed.

7. Refund Policy

A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided the template ZIP has not been downloaded. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address used at purchase, including your order details and the reason for the request. Upon refund, your download access and license are revoked. After the Templates have been downloaded, or after 7 days from purchase, all sales are final due to the nature of digital goods (source code). Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider and merchant of record for the transaction.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TRIMORA INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE TEMPLATES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL VERSIONS OF REMOTION OR REACT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIMORA INC.'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

11. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; the license under this Agreement is granted directly by Trimora Inc.
